Job Competency Reinforcement Program

Second character nurturing program
In addition to his/her own job, we support study activities to develop competency in areas that each employee likes and which he/she is good at and conduct activities in an autonomous manner such as self-learning, external seminars, and field trips. We plan to continue supporting study activities through the second character nurturing program so that employees can expand their careers in the future.
Language course
In order to strengthen global competency, we invite native-speaking instructors to provide in-house language courses and operate an English telephone conversation skills program in partnership with external organizations. Any employee of our company can apply, and all expenses are supported so that they can fully focus on their learning.
